Seamus joined Creagh Concrete in 1983 and became Managing Director and part owner in 1986. He graduated from QUB with a Degree in Civil Engineering and has spent the last number of years growing the Creagh business along with the other Directors. Seamus has six children and is actively involved in his local parish and GAA club.
Gerard joined the business in 1970 (Dunloy Concrete Products). In 1973, a Partnership was formed between Gerard’s father, James McKeague and Ned Cushenan. This partnership later dissolved and Creagh Concrete Products Limited was formed. During these early years, the Company set up factories in Ardboe and Scotland and acquired quarry lands in Draperstown. Gerard remains as passionate and committed to the Company as the first day he joined.
Paddy joined Creagh Concrete in 1980 and worked for most of these years in the Head Office in Toome. He then moved to England to continue his work for Creagh and currently works for Creagh Concrete in Scotland. In any spare time he has, Paddy enjoys a game of golf.
William has worked at Creagh for eleven years as Divisional Manager, becoming a Director in 2010. With a career spanning over 4 decades, his background is predominantly within the concrete, cement and quarrying and industries. William is also currently president of the Concrete Society and chairman of the British Precast Flooring Federation.
Eunan has been with Creagh Concrete since 2004. He joined the company's procurement team initially and then became involved in manufacturing. Eunan worked in textiles for the previous 20 years and has a strong background in Industrial Engineering and manufacturing.
Lorna joined Creagh Concrete Products Ltd in 2003 as Human Resources Manager. She was appointed as Director in 2010 and is responsible for HR and works closely with the Operations Directors within the business. Prior to taking up this role, Lorna had eight years’ experience in the field of human resources within the manufacturing and technology industries.
Paul joined Creagh Concrete in 2011 as Health and Safety Manager. Prior to taking up this post, Paul has 11 years' experience in the field of health and safety and over 20 years' experience in construction having worked in positions throughout Ireland.
Ian joined the company in 2011 and is Director of Creagh Structures, a £20m per annum division of Creagh Concrete Products Limited. In a career spanning 40 years in construction, Ian has worked in all types of heavy engineering from mining to petrochemicals and has over 20 years precast experience.
Kevin Timoney, Chairman, joined the Creagh team in 2012. Kevin comes from a financial background having spend 39 years in the Financial/Banking sector where he held a number of senior positions. Kevin has a Degree in Banking and a Masters (MSc) in Business Improvement from UUJ. Kevin is married with 3 children.
Brendan joined Creagh Concrete in 2002 after he graduated with a Degree in Computing Science and Project Management. He initially worked in the area of Production Planning and continued in a variety of roles throughout Northern Ireland, Scotland and England. Brendan now has responsibility for the Hollowcore Floor and Stair England market and also for the Ardboe production facility.
James joined Creagh Concrete in 2007 after graduating with a Degree in Construction Engineering and Management. James worked in Toome initially within the Agricultural sector and then moved to Scotland where he worked in Sales and Site Engineering before taking up the role of General Manager. James has a keen interest in sport particularly local GAA.
Dwyer was appointed Finance Director at Creagh Concrete in early 2015 and has 15 years’ experience in operational finance and corporate finance roles in the pharmaceutical and construction sectors in the UK, USA and EMEA. A Fellow of Chartered Accountants Ireland, Dwyer undertook his professional training with PricewaterhouseCoopers and holds a Masters’ Degree in Accounting from Queen's University, Belfast.
