Administrative Assistant (Nottingham)

As a key member of our support team, the successful candidate will provide an efficient and proactive approach to all administrative duties, including:

  • Ordering site materials & consumables for daily factory production
  • Collating current plant sheets & record production figures
  • Supplier liaison
  • Answer switchboard and direct calls as appropriate
  • Receive and respond to email messages
  • Schedule meetings
  • Develop reports as requested
  • Maintain filing system
  • Act as communication relay, making sure all parties receive accurate information
  • Make travel arrangements
  • Provide high customer service levels at all times

Applicants must have:

  • A minimum of 1 years’ experience in a busy office environment
  • A minimum of 4 GCSE’s at grade ‘C’ or above including English and Maths
  • A strong knowledge of Microsoft Office packages including Excel, Word and PowerPoint   
  • An ability to carry out administrative duties fast and with a high level of accuracy with attention to detail.
  • The ability to self-manage, organise workload and demonstrate a flexible attitude to work.
