HR Systems Co-Ordinator

Working as a key member of the Human Resources team, this role will provide a great opportunity to gain experience in all aspects of the Human Resources function, within an ever expanding company. The successful candidate will support the strategic needs of the business in terms of managing and developing the personnel systems, key duties will include;-   

  • Accurate and timely administration of the clocking and attendance system on a daily basis.
  • Monitor all leave companywide to include absence, time keeping and holidays
  • Maintenance of the employee information system, to ensure all personnel information is accurate
  • Further development of statistical HR reports on a weekly/monthly basis to support the management team on trends and changes
  • Administration of the company induction process
  • Collation of weekly payroll information to include new starts, leavers, payment terms, overtime payment and bonus payments
  • Management of all employee records and personnel files

To apply for the above position, applicants must have a minimum of 2 years Human Resources experience and hold a minimum of Level 3 CIPD qualification. Applicants must be very I.T. proficient and have a sound knowledge of systems, data input and a working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel.

The successful candidate will demonstrate strong organizational and communication skills alongside a working knowledge of HR legislation.
