Project Manager

Our Structural Projects Division is responsible for the sales, design, manufacture and site installation of large precast concrete projects mainly within the educational, custodial, infrastructure and commercial sectors of the construction industry.  As a result of continued growth within these market sectors, we are seeking to appoint the following career opportunity, with competitive salary and benefits packages :-

Project Managers/Design Managers  (Ref : PMS/0321) Site based in England   

This role will be responsible for the organisation, planning and on-site delivery of large concrete flooring and precast projects. This role will be primarily based onsite in England, with occasional pre-site planning in our head office in Toome. This role will include the successful management of site programs, site installation teams, plant/equipment and ultimately ensuring that each project is delivered safely, on program and within budget.       

Criteria

  • Applicants must have a minimum of 2 years Project Management experience within the construction industry and flexible to travel throughout GB & NI.
  • A sound knowledge of the buildability of large precast modular structures would be a distinct advance but not essential.
  •  A proven track record of delivering large single or multiple projects
  • Applicants must have a technical understanding of construction and the ability to read AutoCAD drawings. 
  • Applicants must have experience of Microsoft Project and be competent in the use of excel.
  • Applicants must have a CSCS Managers card, SMSTS and Appointed persons qualification.
