Site Managers

Based on sites across England and Scotland (Ref : SM/1123)

This role will be responsible for the overall supervision during all site works of our concrete flooring and precast concrete contracts.  The Site Manager will be responsible for the successful delivery of the site program to ensure all works are completed within program.  They will manage all site operations, site resources, quality and health & safety aspects.  Duties will include ensuring daily installation targets are achieved, scheduling deliveries in a logistical manner on a daily basis, management of crane and hire equipment and providing adequate visibility to on-site performance.    Building a positive working relationship with the main contractor and attending client meetings are an essential part of the role. 

The Person ;

  • Must have previous precast concrete installation experience
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering construction projects
  • A sound knowledge of the buildability of precast projects and associated technical drawings
  • Must be site based, flexible to travel throughout the UK
  • Possess a proactive can-do attitude with strong organisational skills.
  • Previous experience of managing site teams and resource budgets as well as the ability to provide ongoing help and guidance to a site team.
