Welcoming Agriculture Students

21-Feb-2018

As part of our corporate and social responsibility, on Wednesday 21st February we were delighted to have welcomed 1st year degree students studying Agricultural Technology at CAFRE Greenmount Campus.

The visit consisted of a presentation of the company and products, followed by a safety induction delivered to the students in preparation for their factory tour. The factory tour was tailored specifically to suit the student’s studies and interests, with a focus on our vast Agriculture range.

After a tour of our manufacturing facilities, the students visited the Lab where they were given a demonstration of a slump test and gained insight into the importance of concrete strength testing.

We hope that the students can use the knowledge that they have gained from their visit to further their studies and future careers.

Aine McElroy - Creagh Agriculture Sales, comments: “Educational visits provide an excellent opportunity for agriculture students to learn about the company’s products and services. Our agriculture product range provides innovative, durable, cost effective solutions to meet the challenges faced by farmers today and into the future”.
