‘The Year of Engineering’ is a government campaign, which celebrates the world and wonder of engineering.
At Creagh, engineering is an integral part of what we do. The company’s in-house engineering staff work with clients and partners to ensure their requirements are understood and to develop cost effective solutions that work on site. Our business growth is facilitated through continuous product development, investment in state of the art production technology and the ongoing training and development of all employees.
This campaign will address the shortage of young people, inparticularly females choosing engineering as a career path. This campaign aims to shakeup people’s ideas about engineering, inspiring the next generation of innovators, inventors and problem solvers by showing them what engineers actually do.
Creagh recently teamed up with MATRIX Northern Ireland to support Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) subjects and encourage females to get involved in the industry.
