Creagh and Colmore Tang are currently working together on a brand-new development of 228 luxury apartments in Birmingham.
Colmore Tang are utilising Creagh’s fastrack build system Rapidres, an off-site construction method in which panels are made in Creagh’s factory in Toomebridge and then shipped to site as a finished unit with windows and insulation fitted.
The whole process is tracked using Field View, freeing up time between both companies with a comprehensive, trackable audit trail.
