We were delighted to take part in and sponsor, the recent annual charity golf day hosted by our client Eurogold in aid of the Hope House Children’s Hospice.   

The event, now in its 4^th year, was held at Manchester’s Marriott Worsley’s Hotel and Golf resort, with participants being made up of Eurogold’s suppliers, customers, staff and subcontractors.  Using a Ryder Cup style participants from Team Euro competed against Team Gold in 18 sponsored holes.

Various other items throughout the day included an individual singles competition, nearest the pins and the longest drives, as well as beat the pro.  The highly successful event was rounded off with player presentations and an auction.

An incredible amount of £36,000 has been raised for Hope House Children’s Hospice which is a centre of excellence for children’s palliative care ensuring every family facing the death of a child gets the very best care and support when and where they need it.

Blessed with sunshine, everyone had a great time playing golf and enjoyed the craic in the evening as well!  We are already looking forward to next year.
