Rapidres is a bespoke product, with each unit type custom designed and manufactured to fit the project specifications. It delivers robust traditional style construction with the advantage of a fast installation programme. This largely reduces costs, the amount of material waste, helps with our sustainability goals and allows for early access for follow on trades. The Rapidres concrete system delivers an exceptional high performing building in terms of cold bridging , airtightness and thermal performance.

Rapidres is ideally suited to multi-storey projects where the layout is replicated consistently across each floor. Each unit is a high performance insulated sandwich panel built offsite with a high quality internal finish ready for decoration, with cast in conduits, electrics and ventilation. Panels can even come to site with preinstalled windows and doors. It is particularly suited to constrained sites where laydown space is at a premium.
We provide a wide range of external finishes that can match virtually any other build type. These now include a versatile range of finishes including smooth, etched, patterned and even printed concrete. Any brick or brick slip can be cast in, dual brick faces can be cut in half, reducing the quantity required.
Rapidres has a 2 hour fire rating and complies with Part L building regulations. We now use a CEM II-A-L cement replacement which has significant reduction in embodied carbon, helping us further achieve our sustainability goals.
