Creagh provide the solution for Amazon

A new Amazon delivery station has opened in Belfast, to meet increasing customer demand.

The 8,500 square metre warehouse in Channel Commercial Park at Titanic Quarter, replaced the nearby operation which opened in 2018 as a temporary facility while Amazon secured a site to meet long-term needs.

Construction of a warehouse involves many critical decisions including construction materials - to ensure long term, uninterrupted operation of the facility.  Creagh were delighted to design and supply materials and technical expertise for the new Belfast operation.  The warehouse needed a durable, sustainable and versatile floor.  Creagh’s bespoke concrete floor provided a reliable solution, leaving the new delivery station with a strong, safe, smart, floor fulfilling the client’s specification. Designed and built by Creagh, approx 2,100m3 of in-situ concrete was poured in 7 days.  The car park for the site also hosts Creagh’s precast walls and concrete floor.
