Our brick faced cladding for award winning Friargate

Friargate is an award-winning business district in Coventry 5 minutes from the city centre. The new £700 million business district brings new office space, hotels, homes, shops and restaurants creating 15,000 new jobs.

The first stage of Friargate is the ‘One Friargate’ building. The 11-storey building will offer modern office space to the area.

Main contractor Bowmer and Kirkland turned to us for the construction of this new regeneration project. We supplied and installed over 294 brick cladding panels for the ‘One Friargate’ building, bringing a speedier construction time compared to traditional methods, as well as a reduction in on-site safety hazards.

We manufacture a range of brick faced wall panels to suit various applications.  Panels can be made as a single skin or sandwich wall construction.  They can be utilised as part of a structural precast frame or as a cladding panel onto a precast steel or in situ concrete frame.
