Work Complete at Rutherglen Links Business Park, Glasgow

Work has completed on two modern office pavilions at Clyde Gateway’s successful Rutherglen Links Business Park.

Designed by architect’s Keppie and built by Clark Contracts, the £4m buildings offer a combined 15,000 sq ft of accommodation and space for around 120 employees.  Each two storey pavilion can accommodate a range of occupier requirements.

Creagh were delighted to work with our client Clark Contracts to supply and install our robust hollowcore flooring and bespoke brick faced wall panels.

We manufacture a range of brick faced wall panels to suit various applications. The panels can be manufactured as single skin or sandwich wall construction and utilised as part of a structural precast frame or as a cladding panel onto a steel or in situ concrete frame. Brick facing works well on beams, columns and panels.
